Photo Album: There's More Here Than Meets the Eye in Des Moines, IA
Upon inspection of Hannah’s home, we discovered that the water was seeping through the south wall of the home, causing water puddles to form along the basement. Furthermore, our comprehensive evaluation revealed that the home was in stage 2 wall failure, a concerning issue that the homeowner was unaware of.
We installed our highly effective WaterGuard system along the south and east walls of the home, effectively redirecting any incoming water away from the basement space. Additionally, we integrated a state-of-the-art sump pump into the system, ensuring efficient drainage and preventing any future water buildup.
To reinforce the stability of the south wall, we used wall anchors, providing the necessary support and preventing any further movement. Furthermore, we utilized power braces on the west wall to counteract the wall failure and strengthen the overall structural integrity of the basement.
