Mike Y. was buying a home from his parents and wanted to fix the concrete in the driveway and sidewalks. In order to fix the concrete Midwest needed to lift and level the pavement. This project increased the curb appeal of the home.
Midwest two of our patented products, PolyLevel and NexusPro. PolyLevel is a foam that is injected underneath the concrete through dime-sized holes. This is how Midwest leveled the pavement. Next, the team used NexusPro to seal all joints and cracks. Nexus Pro is a silicon-based caulking designed for exterior concrete applications. It is UV resistant, meaning it will not yellow nor dry out and crack over time. It will also remain far more pliable than traditional polyurethane-based caulking's, meaning it will move with your concrete through changing seasonal temperatures.
Mike was very satisfied with the outcome of the project and is looking forward to moving into his new home.
