Nick was great explaining everything and when we called and asked questions he answered them for us. Toby was efficient and was helpful with everything. Fredy and his guys worked very hard, very fast and got the work done. I was impressed with how much they got done in the amount of time.
They helped us right away and set up an appointment to get the work done.
Nick was very good with knowing the answers tp all the questions I had and was always available with questions from my husband while on the road.
They did the job well and very efficient. Now all we have to do is wait to see if we get any water after doing all this work.
They cleaned up well.
What made you choose our company:
Have been dealing with a little water since we built the house in 2002. The heavy rain we had this summer leaked a lot more than usual. My husband happened to be home at the time and got to see the wet basement. I went online and found the Midwest Basement in Mankato, Mn which is much closer to us than Des Moines but found out we had to deal with someone in Iowa. We called and got a response right away. Also with the experience and years and ratings helped. Thank You.
