Sales Process
Ryan was very thorough with explaining the process during sale presentation and with follow up questions.
Our Installation Crew
Enrigue, Matt, Rico and Uriel were hard works who did not waste time on this project. Very impressed the work ethic displayed and responsiveness to questions and concerns. I did not see them take lunch or breaks for more than a few minutes during the time they were here working. They were concerned about the job and doing it correctly, Great team!
The Cleanup Process
The team worked hard to clean up and get things hauled out of basement. The yard was cleaned up and they even came back and added grass seed.

What made you choose our company:
I researched the local foundation repair companies and settled on Midwest Foundation through that process and after speaking with Ryan. My only negative comment would be the time allowed for the job. We were given a two day estimate for time and it ended up being 4 days. I believe that the time projection process needs to be reviewed as it was clear to me that it was impossible to finish the job in the time allotted, even with team not taking breaks or lunches. Quality work cannot be rushed, and I am happy they were able to stay and get it done instead of having to come back another time.our service area
