Sales Process
Shawn was excellent at explaining the system and what would be needed to fix the water leak. Easy to contact to adjust the contract to add additional area in the basement, once we started tearing off the paneling and finding more water damage then was visible.
Our Installation Crew
I was very impressed with the short amount of time it took to complete the whole job. The 3 men Julio, Pedro and Newton were friendly, respectful and kept me informed about what they were doing (going to lunch, leaving for the day, will be back in the morning and approx. time of arrival). Thank you so much for such good communication with me.
The Cleanup Process
Excellent at keeping the dust down to a minimum and the basement was very clean after the job was complete.
