Meet Tom Henderson and Rod Fox. Tom is the Marketing Manager and Rod is the Sales Manager at Midwest Basement Systems. They are both certified waterproofing and foundation repair specialists with many years of experience in the home improvement industry.

Working in the home improvement industry for so long, Tom, Rod and the entire staff at Midwest Basement Systems have seen all the headaches and problems homeowners have to face when they hire the wrong contractor, as the company is often called in to repair a competitor’s shoddy work. For that reason, they put together the “Ten Commandments of Hiring a Contractor” Video series, as an attempt to help local homeowners avoid common and often costly mistakes when hiring a contractor to perform any major home repair.
