At Midwest Basement Systems, we have 10 fully trained and certified crews to handle the projects we have. Each crew is assigned a single job and will work exclusively on that project until completion. This is done for two main reasons: quicker turnaround and better quality control.

One of the most frequent complaints we hear from homeowners is that they have hired a contractor and have had to wait weeks for the completion of a job that should’ve been completed in just a few days. This happens because many contractors are not staffed to handle all the jobs they take in and try to juggle too many projects at the same time. So they start a project in one place, move on to the next without finishing the previous one, and then come back a few days later to work some more and so on.

Ask your contractor how many jobs they are working on and whether they are capable of finishing the project in a timely manner.
