Installation Foreman Team Building
Before the Foremen were able to get into their vehicles they needed their safety equipment - a helmet and jumpsuit to start.
Registration and Safety Equipment Check-In
Along with many other industries, including the Basement Repair industry, making sure you have the correct and safest equipment is important.
Modeling Racing Safety Equipment
Our lovely "Vanna" Christina B. is modeling the racing jumpsuit used in the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience. Along with the Midwest Basement Systems Production Director, Christina is responsible for setting up the installation crew and service crew schedules.
Race Day Training
At Midwest Basement Systems each department has weekly scheduled training sessions. It is no different for the Race Experience at the Iowa Speedway in Newton. Each participant must go through classroom training to familiarize themselves with the track, the cars, racing strategy, and safety. We do the same, but our topics cover subjects such as installation techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and safety.
