Cracked Clay Blocks in Foundation
In this photo you may notice the cracked grout line on the block wall and is a repairable structural defect. More photos in this album will show in addition to wall cracks, bowing and twisting walls as well.

Cracked Clay Block Walls
The crack is running the length of the wall. As the crack increases it demonstrates the bowing of this wall.

Bowing Clay Block Foundations
Here, the clay block is being pushed inward from the outside soil surrounding the foundation. Mother Nature is a powerful force - notice the bottom of the windows and how they are being pushed inward by the forces on the exterior of the basement walls. There is significant displacement on this structurally-defective wall.

Wet Basement Clay Blocks
The stair step cracks in grout of this brick wall shows a twist in the foundation. In addition, the foundation is leaking water. This water is coming in at the floor joint where the wall, footing, and floor all come together.
