Joseph did his inspection and found they had a very large porch that was tied into the home and was settling. This was causing cracks in their dry wall along with cracking in their basement slab and issues with doors and windows. Joseph took these findings and went back to the homeowners with a solution. We fixed this issue by installing push piers on their footings and applying pressure to these piers allow us to lift their home back to have everything level and operational again. Instead of replacing the full gutter, we installed our gutter guard product called RainDrop. After cleaning out the gutters, they installed RainDrop to protect the gutters from future leaves and debris causing them to clog.
