The homeowner had a problem with water leaking into their basement walls, which was very frustrating. Midwest installed CleanSpace to fix it. CleanSpace is a strong and waterproof plastic cover made specifically for unfinished basement walls. It comes with a warranty of 25 years, so it lasts a long time. It's easy to clean and has special protection against bacteria called UltraFresh, so it keeps the space clean and healthy. Plus, it's quick to install, so most projects are finished in a day or less, and you can start using your basement right away.

Check out the before and after of this project! These homeowners were having complications with their walls falling in after extending their garage and putting on an addition. To help combat this issue and give it a permanent fix, we installed a full perimeter of Power Braces. These Power Braces are full height braces that help prevent any further movement in of the walls. They also can help straighten out the wall over time. These Power Braces also come with a 25 year warranty, which will ensure these homeowners stay protected. 

Look at this sharp waterproofing system in this basement! There was water coming through the walls and the cold joint, as well as having bowing walls. To help combat these issues we installed our waterproofing systems including CleanSpace and WaterGuard. Cleanspace is the "white stuff on the walls." It is a waterproof, tarp-like material that collects any water from coming in through the walls and sends it to the WaterGuard. WaterGuard collects the water from the CleanSpace and cold joint and sends it to the sump pump, which will discharge the water out of the home at a safe distance. To help the the bowing walls, we installed PowerBraces, which are floor to ceiling braces to prevent any further deflection, and over time can be adjusted to help straighten the wall back out.
