When you own a home, sometimes there are things that you need piece of mind about. So if you live in a house that is 100 year old. It might not be the worst idea to have someone come over and see if your house is structurally sound! We called Midwest Foundation Repair and they offer to have a specialist come out and give your house a look over! Jesse was prompt, on time, and very nice! He answered all our questions, gave us some history about how our home was built and gave us piece of mind that our home would still be standing in another 100 years!He gave us some tips on things we could do, and things to keep our eyes on. He also gave us a quote on a easy half day service they provide that would secure our home even more!Usually I'm the type of person who does not get worried about things that I have little control of, but Jesse showed me I have complete control of my home and that with a keen eye and a few great tips, our home will be standing strong long after I'm gone and that gives me piece of mind!

Just had Midwest Basements fix a basement wall. Everything went as planned.  Only took 2 hours & Mike did an excellent job! I was worried there would be dust to clean up afterward but Mike took care of that with his vacuum.  Great!

These guys blew my mind. Travis run a very professional team. They explained what was going to happen. He saw a problem and contacted the boss and he came to figure out a way to get it done for us. They cleaned up and left our place looking nice. It would have been easy for Travis to say we can't do it, but he got advice from his boss. We enlisted Midwest Basement System's help to dry up our basement. They recommended a number of exterior fixes due to the possibility of harming the clay footings our 100-year-old foundation with the standard "dry basement" system. They were the third company we received a quote from and the only one to indicate this as a potential problem! The communication in the lead-up was great, and the team that came out to complete the work was professional, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. We're pleased so far and look forward to seeing how the concrete leveling and drains help our water situation
