Crew was very polite, courteous, and professional. Other than the beams, I would have never known they were there. You just don't get service like that anymore.

Midwest basement had by far the best presentation. I was wanting to install only 4beams at a time, other companies told me they would do it that way if I wanted; Midwest Basement explained to me if it was done that way it would have to be done correctly the first time or not at all, then explained in detail why it needed to be done all at one time. It was this honesty that sold me.
