Home Listing Preparation

This homeowner wants to maintain his home's property value in preparation for putting it on the market. The garage did not have gutters for a long time, allowing water to wash out the soil under the concrete. We lifted and leveled the concrete using PolyLevel, and sealed the cracks with NexusPro.

3-Step Concrete Repair

This homeowner broke her ankle on an uneven step going up to her home. That caused her to decide that it was time to get that step and all of the concrete on her driveway repaired. We used our 3-step method for the driveway. First, we leveled the slabs using an injectable foam called PolyLevel.Second, we sealed all the cracks and joints with NexusPro. Last, but not least, we sealed the surface of all the concrete using SealantPro.

Porch Made Peaceful Once More in Des Moines, IA

Monica really enjoyed spending time in her yard and on her porch during summer nights. However, there was a problem with her front porch. It wasn't properly supported, so the slabs were sinking. This was creating an uneven surface that was easy to trip on.

To fix these issues, we came up with a full solution. First, we installed piers to stabilize and lift the porch foundation, making sure it was strong and secure. Then, we used a product called Polylevel to level the uneven slabs on the porch and give it a smooth and even surface again. This project was important because it showed that some foundation problems are more complicated and need a thorough approach. With the right products and customized solutions, we were able to successfully repair the foundation.

Now, Monica can enjoy her front porch without worrying about tripping or safety hazards. This project not only demonstrates our ability to tackle complex foundation problems, but it also shows our dedication to providing long-lasting solutions that give our clients peace of mind.

What's the Big Deal? Des Moines, IA

If you've ever had a driveway like this, then you know the distinct feeling of driving over and on it every-time you leave the house, but did you know this can actually lead to foundation problems? This kind of sinking leaves room for water to sink into the ground near your foundation rather than flow down the driveway. To fix this, we use Polylevel foam to lift and level and NexusPro to prevent future damage.
