This customer recognized the importance of prioritizing the resolution of any issues within the crawlspace before proceeding with the installation of a new bathroom directly above it. Over the years, the crawlspace had been neglected, necessitating the implementation of CleanSpace and Smartjacks to enhance its structural integrity.

Upon clearing the debris within the crawlspace, our team promptly installed Smartjacks and implemented CleanSpace to address the identified concerns. This customer had a problem with water getting into her basement and causing mold to grow, making it difficult for her to use the space for her quilting projects. The water was seeping in through the walls and damaging the drywall too. To tix these issues we used a combination of different methods. First, our team removed all the damaged drywall and installed something called Cleanspace. This helped prevent any more moisture from coming in and causing further problems.

We also used a system called Waterguard to manage the drainage of water within the basement. This helped to keep the space dry and prevented any more water from seeping in. To improve the air quality and reduce humidity levels, we installed a device called Sanidry Sedona. This made the basement a healthier environment and helped prevent any more mold from growing.
