This driveway was in some serious need of protection! With all the joints left exposed, this left the driveway vulnerable to concrete settling and other foundational issues around the home. After sealing these joints with NexusPro joint sealant, this customer will no longer have to worry about future damages while keeping their driveway looking clean!

These joints on this driveway were left exposed and vulnerable to potential water damage and other chemicals which could cause settling concrete and other foundational issues around the house. Our team used NexusPro joint sealant to seal and protect the concrete helping it keep that new look for years to come!

This homeowner is starting to get a little older and was worried about the trip hazards that were in her walkway and driveway. She had seen the ads for Midwest on her TV and decided to give us a call. System Design Specialist, Elliot Christians, came out to meet with her. He did his full thorough inspection, and found there was washout of soil under the concrete that was causing the concrete to settle. He came back to the homeowner with these findings and a solution. Together, they decided the best solution for her concerns would be to use our 2 Part Concrete Protection System. This consists of Polylevel and NexusPro. PolyLevel is used to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete, and NexusPro is used to seal the joints and cracks. Both of these products are also waterproof, so it will help prevent any washout in the future! Check out the before and after of this project. This customer in Des Moines, IA was having problems with the pooling water around his patio and deck. He was worried this would eventually damage his patio and later cause him larger problems with his foundation. Having used Thrasher in the past for other projects, he knows he could trust us to get the job done right for him.

When the team came out, they determined that he had a drainage issue that was causing the pooling in these areas. The crew decided that the best solution would be to use a buried downspout extension. Downspout extensions are a more efficient way to carry water away from your home's foundation, they provide a continuous path for the water to flow to an area safely away.  

After the installation of the downspout, this customer no longer has to worry about damage to his patio or foundation and can enjoy the space without the pooling water. 

This homeowner lives alone and rarely could get into her basement. She was worried that the walls would cave in between the times she could get down there. She knew of Thrashers reputation, and gave us a call. Kevin French came out to meet with her. After inspection her foundation, it was clear her walls were in very bad shape. Over time the soil around her foundation had shifted and allowed her walls to be less supported. Kevin proposed we use Power Braces to give that support back to the wall. Power Braces are one of our foundation repair products. They are floor to ceiling braces that are installed to the wall. This prevents the walls to stop caving in, and overtime can straighten the walls back out. Check out the before and after of this process!
