This homeowner wanted to keep her basement dry so that she would have the peace of mind knowing water will not be a concern down the road. She previously used our services, so when she decided that she needed waterproofing systems, she gave us a call.
We sent Service Technician Brandon Rost to inspect the basement water problems and to find a custom solution that fit this homeowner's needs. Brandon found that water was slowly seeping into the basement through the cold joint on the floor and through the wall. He knew that this problem could be fixed quickly, so after discussing options with the homeowner, he set up an installation appointment with her. Our installation crew including Brandon used a full perimeter WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and a new Sump System.
The homeowner was very happy with the new waterproofing and she was impressed with how quickly the team was able to work. Check out the waterproofing solutions in this basement!
This homeowner was struggling with moisture coming through her foundation walls in her basement. She knew that the longer this problem continued, the more problems it would cause to her home, so she decided to give us a call due to our different waterproofing and encapsulation solutions.
We sent System Design Specialist James Denning to inspect the basement walls and determine what had been causing the moisture to leak through the foundation, as well as suggest a comprehensive solution to solve this homeowner's moisture problem. James found that moisture was coming through the walls due to no proper system to control the moisture or air quality in the basement. After discovering this, James suggested the solutions of encapsulation to prevent moisture from getting in the basement, and the homeowner loved the idea. We sent one of our installation teams to install WaterGuard Interior Drainage System and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier all around the basement to effectively encapsulate and properly drain any water that could be in the basement.
The homeowner was very happy to know that she could finish the basement without worrying about moisture problems on her walls. Check our the newly waterproofed and encapsulated basement!
This homeowner was struggling because his driveway was pushing against his garage floor, making both his garage floor and his driveway uneven. He was worried that he would have to completely replace his driveway concrete, but he wanted an expert opinion before he found someone to replace the concrete, so he gave us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist James Denning to inspect the driveway and determine what solution would be better than replacing the driveway's concrete. James found that street creep was effecting the driveway as it was putting pressure on the garage floor and eventually this would expand to pressure on the foundation. While this problem was concerning to the homeowner, James explained a custom solution that would prevent street creep from hurting the home. Our installation team came out to the home and got to work first on using PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the driveway to restore the driveway from the pressure that was against it. After that, our team installed Compression Guard to act as a buffer between the driveway and the street, ensuring that the driveway was safe from the street pressuring it in the future.
The homeowner was very happy with these solutions, especially since he thought that he was going to spend thousands of dollars on completely replacing his concrete, just for the same problem to happen again. Check out the driveway transformation!
In this homeowner's basement, the builders used a 4x4 support beam to hold the weight of the home. Underneath this support beam was a supporting post that was knocked over to the point in which the support beam had no additional support structure. The homeowner saw this and was immediately concerned that her home would have many problems because of it, so she decided to give us a call.
We had System Design Specialist Ryan Allen go to inspect the basement's support structure and determine what support structure would best replace the failed support post. Ryan discussed the severity of the situation with the homeowner, and they came to the conclusion to have this installed and completed as quickly as possible, so Ryan called one of our installation teams. Our team installed a SmartJack post to provide the proper support that the home's support beam needed. The homeowner was relieved that her problem was solved. This homeowner was very worried that her basement wall was caving in, to the point at which she was having nightmares about it falling in completely. She knew that if she let her wall continue to cave, it could be very hurtful to her home's structure as well as cause her more worry everyday. She really wanted to have this problem solved once and for all, so she gave us a call.
We had System Design Specialist Tyler Dopheide drive out to this home and inspect the wall to determine what systems we could use to support the wall. Tyler found the wall was still in an early stage of wall failure which posed a limited harm in its current state, however it would become much worse, more difficult, and more expensive to fix if the homeowner didn't choose to solve it immediately. After talking to the homeowner, she was relieved that Tyler knew the solution for her problem, and she was very eager to have her wall supported.
Our installation team drove out to install PowerBraces and GeoLock Wall Anchors to fix this homeowner's wall without having to reroute or move her staircase.
