We installed all three of those, plus SmartJacks to support the bowing basement wall.

This homeowners buried discharge line was originally installed too shallow, causing it to jut out and cause problems with mowing and lawn health - two things that a buried discharge line should make better! We reinstalled the discharge, burying it the appropriate depth and moving it slightly so that it would no longer stick out awkwardly or kill the grass.

Homeowners Cheri and Doug kept getting water in their basement. They called Midwest, worried that the water would start creeping into other parts of their home. Kevin found a small portion of a wall in the cellar of their basement leaking badly. After developing a plan, he sent the install team out to work their magic. We ended up installing WaterGuard on the wall that was leaking. WaterGuard is a drainage system designed to capture water seepage through walls. It's nearly invisible and essentially makes sure that water never reaches your basement floor. In addition, we ran a lateral line from the WaterGuard to the sump pump for proper drainage.
