This homeowner was concerned adjacent to her foundation had settled, leading to water flowing toward her foundation and basement. After a friend recommended she work with Midwest, she had us come out to help her with the problem. To tackle this issue, our team used PolyLevel foam to lift the sunken areas of the concrete and then carefully sealed all the joints with NexusPro. Our team successfully resolved the issue, ensuring that water no longer posed a threat to the foundation. The satisfied customer shared her experience, stating, "I feel much better now knowing that water is not running towards my foundation. The last thing I want is a wet basement."
This homeowner wanted to restore her cracked and sunken driveway so that she could walk up and down it without tripping over the cracks and unlevel concrete. She had used us previously for foundation settlement and waterproofing projects, so she gave us a call again.
We sent Service Technician Brandon Rost to discuss our 3-Part Concrete Protection System to solve her driveway problem. The homeowner loved the idea of restoring her driveway, and she was eager to see this solution. Brandon and his team used our 3-Part Concrete Protection System which included PolyLevel Concrete Leveling, NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair, and SealantPro Concrete Sealing to lift, level, seal, and protect the homeowner's concrete from any future problems.
The homeowner was happy to see her driveway protected and visually more attractive. Check out her driveway restoration!
This homeowner was upset because her front stoop had settled and it had become a tripping hazard. She liked how smooth the process was when she wanted a free estimate, so she decided to more forward with us to fix her step problem.
We sent System Design Specialist Jordan Mullen to inspect the concrete step and determine what had caused the tripping hazard. Jordan found that the soil underneath the step was poorly compacted, so when the weight of the step is used, it keeps sinking lower because it cannot support it. Our team knew just how to help, so they came in and used PolyLevel foam to lift and level the step, then they used NexusPro sealant to seal the joints and any cracks in the sidewalk leading up to the step.
The homeowner really liked the work that was done and the communication that she received. Check out her lifted front stoop!
This homeowner was struggling because his driveway was pushing against his garage floor, making both his garage floor and his driveway uneven. He was worried that he would have to completely replace his driveway concrete, but he wanted an expert opinion before he found someone to replace the concrete, so he gave us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist James Denning to inspect the driveway and determine what solution would be better than replacing the driveway's concrete. James found that street creep was effecting the driveway as it was putting pressure on the garage floor and eventually this would expand to pressure on the foundation. While this problem was concerning to the homeowner, James explained a custom solution that would prevent street creep from hurting the home. Our installation team came out to the home and got to work first on using PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the driveway to restore the driveway from the pressure that was against it. After that, our team installed Compression Guard to act as a buffer between the driveway and the street, ensuring that the driveway was safe from the street pressuring it in the future.
The homeowner was very happy with these solutions, especially since he thought that he was going to spend thousands of dollars on completely replacing his concrete, just for the same problem to happen again. Check out the driveway transformation!
Craig W. wanted to repair and protect his driveway before the sinking and cracking he was noticing got worse. To do this, we used a 3-part concrete protection solution that started with lifting and leveling his sinking slabs. Next we sealed the joints between the slabs to prevent water from seeping beneath the slabs where it could erode away the supporting soil. Next, we applied a concrete sealant over the driveway to protect it from the normal wear and tear that chips away at concrete and shortens its lifespan. We also installed an expansion joint to relieve pressure between the street and the driveway slabs to prevent future cracking. Craig was very happy with the results, and felt good knowing that his driveway would be protected in the years ahead.
