This homeowner had water leaking into her storage area in her basement from the corner of his driveway. She was pretty frustrated with this situation, so she decided to give us a call for a free estimate.
We sent System Design Specialist Jordan Mullen to inspect the driveway and determine what caused it to direct water into the storage area. Jordan found that there was a large void in the driveway on a newly poured area and so the stoop cap was leaking. While this problem was not ideal, the homeowner chose for us to fix her driveway because of the communication we sent her regarding her problem as well as the warranties we have on our products. Our team came in to lift, level, and seal the driveway using PolyLevel Concrete Leveling and NexusPro Cracked Concrete Repair. Not only did this solution fix the uneven and cracked driveway, but it also stopped the water flow to the basement.
The homeowner was super pleased with the work that was done. Check out how our crew was able to lift, level, and seal this driveway!
This homeowner was upset because her front stoop had settled and it had become a tripping hazard. She liked how smooth the process was when she wanted a free estimate, so she decided to more forward with us to fix her step problem.
We sent System Design Specialist Jordan Mullen to inspect the concrete step and determine what had caused the tripping hazard. Jordan found that the soil underneath the step was poorly compacted, so when the weight of the step is used, it keeps sinking lower because it cannot support it. Our team knew just how to help, so they came in and used PolyLevel foam to lift and level the step, then they used NexusPro sealant to seal the joints and any cracks in the sidewalk leading up to the step.
The homeowner really liked the work that was done and the communication that she received. Check out her lifted front stoop!
This homeowner noticed that her foundation wall was starting to get pushed inwards. Soon after, she noticed that grass and weeds were growing non stop in the joints of her concrete on her driveway. She wanted these problems to stop, and since she had used our services before, she gave us another call.
We sent Service Technician Austin Dermody to inspect the source of the foundation wall falling and come up with a solution to fix both of the homeowner's problems. Austin found that street creep was causing the concrete in the garage to grow into the foundation wall next to it. There were also voids underneath the concrete which were causing them to crack. Austin knew just what to do to fix this problem, so he started right away and he utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete, in addition to installing Compression Guard Expansion Joint to stop the street creep which caused the concrete to grow initially.
The homeowner was very happy with the results and she is relieved that her foundation is secure. Check out her new Compression Guard System!
This homeowner had a block foundation wall that was bowing in and he was concerned that the wall was going to collapse. After getting a few estimates, he knew that he needed our help and expertise to fix his bowing wall.
We sent System Design Specialist Mike Portel to inspect the bowing wall and determine what was causing this. Mike found that the soil on the outside of the block wall foundation, causing the wall foundation to fall inwards. He also noticed that there were cracks in the wall that appeared to have grown over time. Mike and the team installed PowerBraces so that the homeowner could move his foundation walls back to their position over time.
The homeowner was very happy with the quality of work and with the professionalism of the group. Check out his new PowerBrace System.
This homeowner wanted to keep his basement dry all year round, and since he had previously used our services, he decided to give us a call.
We sent Service Technician Michael Holtzbauer to inspect the water problem in the basement of this homeowner. Michael found that the homeowner had not waterproofed any of the corners that commonly leaked water, and that the downspouts were pointed directly towards the basement. Michael solved this by installing a CleanSpace Basement Wall Vapor Barrier to the interior corners of the basement, burying the downspouts and directing them away from the basement, and he added PolyWells to protect the window from causing any water to seep into the basement.
When the project was complete, the homeowner was thrilled that the house looks good and that the installation was quick. Check out the installed PolyWells on the home's exterior!
